Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is included.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for items under our Apparel & Accessories category in the event of:

  • Size discrepancies

  • Color mismatches

  • Wrong item received

To initiate an exchange or return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue.

  3. Return the item in its original condition.

  4. We will send a replacement or submit your refund once the original item is received.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
